Driving With Care® DUI/DWI Classes

Driving With Care® educational
classes
are for persons who have been
convicted
of driving while their blood
alcohol level
went beyond the legal limits or while they were under the
influence of a drug
other than alcohol (DUI/DWI).
There are two levels of Driving With Care®
education classes: Level I and Level II. Your probation
requirements and the results of your chemical health assessment determine which level you are required to attend.
Level I is a 12 hour program and Level II is a 24 hour program.

The first lesson involves a
2 hour orientation to the program and is scheduled outside of the scheduled class
times.

The remaining classes are
held weekly and last for approximately 2 hours.

Participants are required
to take an active part in each class.

Each lesson has exercises and worksheets to help you apply the topics and material to
your own situation.

Attendance is mandatory and the instructor provides attendance feedback to the
probation officer.
Cost
- Level I Cost: $250.00 (includes the Driving With Care® workbook)
- Level II Cost: $400.00 (includes the Driving With Care® workbook)
